This Shipping Policy explains the various shipping methods, costs, and delivery times we offer to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. By placing an order with CloudTopis, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Order Processing and Shipping Times
Once you place an order with CloudTopis, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your shipping method, destination, and the availability of the product. After processing, you will receive an order confirmation email, and once the item is shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information.
Please note: CloudTopis does not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
CloudTopis offers various shipping methods to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner. The available shipping methods are as follows:
Standard Shipping: This is the most cost-effective option for U.S. domestic orders. It generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Expedited Shipping: If you need your items sooner, we offer expedited shipping, which typically delivers within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, CloudTopis provides next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time.
International Shipping: We also offer shipping to select international destinations. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Please be aware that delivery may take longer due to customs delays.
Please Note: Shipping times are estimates, and external factors like weather, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing may cause delays in delivery.
3. Shipping Costs and Fees
The shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Destination: The cost varies based on the shipping address.
- Shipping Method: Depending on the shipping method you choose (Standard, Expedited, or Overnight), the shipping cost will vary.
- Size and Weight of the Order: Heavier or larger items will result in higher shipping costs.
CloudTopis offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over a specified amount, which will be displayed during checkout. For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination country and the weight of the order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the system after receiving your shipping confirmation email. If you encounter any issues with tracking or the delivery status, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
5. International Shipping
CloudTopis ships to select international locations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be the responsibility of the customer.
International delivery times generally range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to local customs regulations, holiday seasons, or other factors outside our control.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your items are packaged securely, we understand that sometimes accidents can happen during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. You must report any damage or issues with your order within 7 days of receiving your package.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to locate it. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to a mistake on CloudTopis’s part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during shipping.
If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, if we shipped the wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
8. Gift Orders and Gift Cards
If you received a gift from CloudTopis, and you wish to return it, we offer store credit or exchange for eligible products. The original purchaser must initiate the return process, and any refunds will be issued to the payment method used by the original buyer.
Gift cards can also be purchased from CloudTopis and used on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
