At CloudTopis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and easy-to-understand refund and return policy. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By making a purchase from CloudTopis, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund and Return Policy.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories still intact.
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
- A proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include:
- Personalized or custom-made products that were made specifically for you.
- Used or worn items including products that are no longer in their original condition, such as worn clothing or damaged products.
- Sale or clearance items that are marked as final sale.
- Gift cards and digital products, which are non-returnable.

3. How to Return an Item
Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps to initiate the return process:
Contact Us: To begin your return, please email info@cloudtopis.xyz or call 832-493-4671. Provide your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Without this number, we cannot process your return.
Prepare the Item: Carefully package the product in its original packaging, along with any tags, accessories, and documentation that came with it. Include a copy of your order receipt or confirmation email for reference.
Ship the Item: Return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. CloudTopis cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong or damaged item.
- If your payment method is PayPal or another third-party processor, the refund may take longer to appear in your account due to processing times at the payment provider’s end.
Refunds will be credited for the full purchase price of the item, excluding any discounts or shipping charges that were part of the transaction.
5. Exchanges
CloudTopis does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you must return the original product according to our return process and place a new order for the replacement item. We recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid stock shortages.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We make every effort to ensure your order is accurate and arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
To return a damaged or incorrect item, follow these steps:
Contact Us Immediately: Please email us at info@cloudtopis.xyz or call 832-493-4671 within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, the item in question, and detailed photos of the damage or error.
Return Authorization and Shipping: Once we confirm the issue, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect item. We will also process a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
7. Return Shipping Costs
For returns that are not due to an error on CloudTopis‘s part, such as receiving a wrong or damaged item, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. CloudTopis recommends using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during the return process.
If the return is due to an error on CloudTopis’s part (e.g., the item was defective or incorrect), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
8. Gift Returns
If you received a product as a gift, we offer store credit or an exchange for eligible returns. Please note that the original purchaser must initiate the return, and refunds will be issued to the payment method used by the original buyer. Gift recipients can return or exchange the gift, but refunds will not be issued in cash.
9. Sale and Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events may have specific terms related to returns. These products are generally non-returnable unless otherwise stated.
