Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability or payment issues, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives, such as a replacement product or a full refund.
5. Shipping and Delivery

- Overnight Shipping: Delivery the next business day for orders placed by 12:00 PM (noon).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. CloudTopis provides free standard shipping on U.S. orders over a specified amount, which will be displayed during checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
CloudTopis is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
6. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, CloudTopis offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products. Products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for detailed return instructions.
Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@cloudtopis.xyz or call 832-493-4671. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the damaged or incorrect item and offer a replacement or full refund.
If the product is damaged during shipping, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.
8. Gift Cards
CloudTopis offers digital gift cards that can be used for any products on our website. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. If you receive a gift card as a gift and wish to return the item, we offer store credit or exchange for eligible products.
9. Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders based on the shipping address and applicable local tax laws. CloudTopis is required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to certain U.S. states. The sales tax amount will be calculated at checkout.
For international orders, CloudTopis does not charge sales tax at checkout, but customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees upon arrival in their destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.
