If there is an issue with your payment—such as insufficient funds, a declined transaction, or suspected fraud—we will notify you immediately and work with you to resolve the problem. Your order will not be processed until the payment has been successfully confirmed.

4. Currency and Pricing
All prices displayed on CloudTopis are in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified. The final price of your order will include the price of the products, applicable sales tax, and shipping fees. The total amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase at checkout.
For international orders, CloudTopis does not charge sales tax, but customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in their destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.
If the currency conversion rate changes after your order is placed, we are not responsible for any fluctuations that may affect the final amount you pay.
5. Sales Tax
CloudTopis is required by law to charge sales tax for orders shipped to certain U.S. states where we have a tax obligation. The applicable sales tax rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address. This will be added to the total price of your order.
For international orders, CloudTopis does not charge U.S. sales tax. However, you may be responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, and other fees upon receiving your order. 6. Payment Authorization
