We do not guarantee that all products will be in stock or available for purchase at the time of your order. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will promptly notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

CloudTopis also reserves the right to limit the quantity of any product that can be purchased. For example, during sales events or promotions, certain products may be limited to prevent stockouts. In such cases, we will do our best to notify customers ahead of time.

2. Pricing

The prices for products listed on CloudTopis are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change at any time, and changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. The price you see at checkout will include the cost of the products, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

If there are any issues or delays with your order, we will inform you immediately. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will not be processed until the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery within 2-3 business days.
Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time.
International Shipping: We also ship internationally to select countries, with delivery times ranging from 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and are based on your location, the size of the items, and the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over a specified amount, which will be indicated during checkout.

CloudTopis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as carrier delays, weather disruptions, or customs processing for international orders.

7. Order Cancellations

Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can initiate a return following our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, CloudTopis offers a 30-day return policy for most products. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. For exchanges, we do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will offer you a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. If the product is damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs.
